Ready to set up the first call?

The form below takes about 60 seconds. We’ll read it within one business day and reply with two or three available time slots — by email or phone, your pick. The call itself is 30 minutes, no fee, no obligation.

Tell us a little about what you’re working on.

Enough to set up a useful 30 minutes. Required fields are marked; everything else is optional.

Even a few words is fine. The first call covers the rest.

Preferred contact method

The first call’s free and doesn’t create an attorney–client relationship. Sending this form doesn’t either — it just sets up the conversation.

What happens after I submit this form?

One of us reads it within one business day and replies by your preferred contact method with two or three available time slots for the first call. The call itself is 30 minutes by phone or video — your pick — and there’s no obligation to keep going afterwards.

Do I need to bring anything to the first call?

Nothing required. If you have a draft contract, an existing will, a prior LLC filing, or any document on the table that’s prompting the call, sharing it 24 hours in advance lets us look at it before we talk — which usually saves a second call. If not, we’ll cover ground from your description and follow up by email with anything we need.

Is the first call really free, and what does "free" include?

Yes — 30 minutes, no fee, no obligation. What’s included: a plain-language read on your situation, an outline of the documents or work that fits, a flat-fee quote (or, when flat-fee doesn’t fit, an hourly estimate with a not-to-exceed ceiling), and an answer to any direct question you bring.

What it doesn’t include: an attorney–client relationship. That starts only if you decide to retain us and we sign an engagement letter. The free consultation is genuinely a no-strings call.

Can I just walk in?

Technically yes — we’re on the 14th floor of US Bank Plaza, weekdays 9 to 5. But if you walk in cold, the answer is usually “great, let’s book a real call,” because partner schedules tend to be booked across the day. The form is the fastest path; you’ll be in conversation with one of us within one business day.

How quickly do you respond?

One business day, usually faster. If you submit Friday afternoon or over a weekend, you’ll hear from us Monday morning. We don’t use a chatbot or an auto-responder to fill the gap — when you get a message back, it’s a real one from Catherine or Daniel.
